Funeral services for Buster A. Harper will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 11, 2010 at the Beulah Baptist Church in Cheneyville. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home.

Mr. Harper, 92, of Cheneyville, passed away Monday, March 8, 2010 at Rapides Regional Medical, Alexandria.

He is preceded in death by wife, Mamie Rosier Harper.

Lorraine Dupuy Kimbrell, 66, born March 26, 1943, a native of Alexandria and resident of Terrebonne Parish since 1965, died at 1:20 p.m. Thursday, March 4, 2010.

Kimbrell succumbed to pneumonia. There will be no funeral services. Her wishes were for her body to be donated to LSU Medical Center Bureau of Anatomical Services.

Family and friends remembered her as a hard-fighting, hard-working public servant.

Lorraine was born in Marksville and moved in Houma in the 1960s so her husband, Donald, could work in the oilfield.

Funeral services for Madelon Bordelon were held at 11 a.m., Thursday, March 11, 2010 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Moreauville. Burial was held at the church cemetery.

Madelon Bordelon, age 83 of Moreauville, passed away Monday, March 8, 2010 at her residence.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John Bordelon, Sr.; father, Alphonse Mayeux; and mother, Cecile Mayeux.

Funeral services for Otis C. Longino will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at the chapel of Hixson Brothers, Pineville with Reverends Clark Palmer & Arnold Norsworthy officiating. Burial will be at Springhill Cemetery, Grant Parish, under the direction of Hixson Brothers, Pineville.

Mr. Longino, age 87 of Tioga, passed away Sunday, March 7, 2010, at Tioga Manor Nursing Home, Tioga, Louisiana.

Funeral services for Udolph Alpough will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 12, 2010 at St. Charles Catholic Church, Goudeau with Fr. Bartholomew Ibe officiating. Burial with a Military Honor Guard will be held in the St. Charles Cemetery under direction of Melancon Funeral Home, Bunkie.
Mr. Alpough, age 78 of Goudeau, passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2010 in his residence.

Services for Mrs. Amy Foster Collier will be Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at 10 a.m. at Second Union Baptist Church in Bunkie with Rev. Christopher Ardoin officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Collier, age 82, of Boyce passed on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Theodore and Catherine Mays Foster, Sr.; her husband, John H. Collier; one daughter; Marvel LaVarhn Freeze; three sisters, Frances Foster, Essie M. Foster and M. Gladys Foster Clark; and one brother, Curtis Foster.
