Avoyelles COVID totals reach 11,458 cases and 195 deaths since March 2020

Since this past Thursday, there were 59 additional cases of COVID and one more death in Avoyelles Parish. Of the new cases, 45 were first-time infections and 14 were reiinfections of individuals who had COVID earlier in the pandemic.

Avoyelles has had 11,458 total cases of COVID since March 2020. There have been 10,675 individuals infected with 783 reinfections and 195 COVID-relaed deaths.
