Desegregation lawsuit officially over

As expected federal Judge Lee Drell signed the final document ending the school desegregation lawsuit which began in 1969.
Avoyelles District Attorney Charles Riddle, III made the announcement tonight.
The end marks a milestone in Avoyelles Parish history.
