Hunter John Bordelon, age 19, of Plaucheville

Funeral Mass for Hunter John Bordelon of Plaucheville will begin at 11am on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at Christ the King Catholic Church in Simmesport. Burial will be held at Christ the King Cemetery.

Hunter Bordelon, age 19, passed away on Monday, March 04, 2019.

Hunter was an avid hunter and fisherman. He especially loved to duck hunt, catfish, and go frogging. His daughter, Karter, was his pride and joy. He will be missed dearly by family and friends.

Those left to cherish his memory are his significant other, Kassadi Ferguson of Plaucheville; daughter, Karter Bordelon of Plaucheville; mother, Sandi Bordelon of Plaucheville; step-father, Bruce Coco of Plaucheville. He is also survived by his sisters, McKenna Chenevert (Justin) of Plaucheville, Breanna Bordelon (Gage Lemoine) of Plaucheville, & Laken Desselle (Chase) of Simmesport; brother, Ethen Coco (Katie) of False River; maternal grandfather, Wilson Lemoine; step-maternal grandmother, Vivian Lemoine; and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Glenn Bordelon; paternal grandparents, Erbie & Judy Bordelon; and maternal grandmother, Carol Lemoine.

Visitation will begin at 4pm on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Escude Funeral Home in Simmesport. Visitation will continue all night until the time of service. Rosary prayer will be held at 10am on March 7, 2019 at Escude Funeral Home in Simmesport.
