PLAUCHEVILLE - Funeral services for Victoria Ann McCain Dufour of Plaucheville will take place at the Escude Funeral Home of Cottonport on Monday, December 18, 2017 beginning at 11 a.m. with Pastor James Winn officiating. Burial will commence at the Mater Dolorosa Catholic Cemetery. Services and arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held that morning from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Victoria, age 72, passed away at the Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital of Alexandria on Friday, December 15, 2017. She was born on June 2, 1945.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Dufour; parents, Hollis and Bobbie McCain; and her birth mother, Wilda Crain McCain.
She is survived by her sons, Samuel Craig Dufour of Plaucheville, Shawn (Vicki) Dufour of Plaucheville, and Danny (Melissa) Dufour of Breaux Bridge; grandchildren, Zackary Dufour, Logan Dufour, Hayden Dufour, Courtney Dufour, Gabriel Dufour, and Eli Dufour; and sisters, Marchetta Juhas of Mississippi, Danita Moreau of Mississippi and Priscilla Butler of Mississippi.
Honored to serve as her pallbearers are Zackary Dufour, Logan Dufour, Hayden Dufour, Gabriel Dufour and Eli Dufour.
